I recenty purchased a domain on Go-Daddy, But I didn’t buy and site builders like Wesite Tonight or smart builder. Any suggestions on how I can build my own site?

I have a website. It’s hosted with Go-daddy website tonight template.

I have a total of 10 pages. I need only 1 of those pages to be directed automatically to another url.
so when a customer hits the tab it will forward them to a completely different url. No banner link is involved.
How do I do this.

I am helping create a website using Go Daddy.com and have no idea about any of it! I would like to create a site for a remodeling company and am hoping to include things like a Contact Us section, a place for previous job pictures and stuff like that: things we specialize in and what we are all about. I am planning on starting a forum website. I need to find a host (paid or free) that involves e-mail, preferably domain included but not required and can handle a forum site with a larger amount of users (yes I am dreaming big). Also, understandably I am looking for the best deal too.
