How do I transfer a website to my home computer using dreamweaver CS4 and go-daddy ?

I have just been handed the webmaster responsibilities for a company I work for and want the ability to work on it from home as well as work. How do I get the files onto my home computer so I can do this ? Appreciate your help !

    From your question, it is clear that you never worked with websites before. OK

    First of all under the SITE menu in DWcs4, you should configure your website.Hope u have done this?. If not, under SITE menu chosse New Site and give a name, then browse the folder where your website files are located locally in your computer. Then at lat you can give the details of your host. ie: website name, username and passowrd to upload files.
    One this is done you can use the GET and PUT options under the SITE menu to Download(GET) and Upload(PUT) the files to the website.

    Do the same thing at your office also. Make sure that you download the recent files from the website and continue working on it from home. Or you should copy the file which u have worked on your home pc and update that in ur office pc… got it???
